We want you to love your order!
Because our products are made with natural ingredients and crafted by hand, we cannot accept returns of soaps or body butters. However, we will gladly work with you to make it right if you are not satisfied. Please email us at info@junobeachgoatsoaps.com immediately and include your order number.
• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your items if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
• We cannot accept returns after 7 days. A processing fee may apply.
Shipping Responsibility:
The original shipping cost and the cost of any return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, unless the package was incorrect, missing items, or damaged during shipping.
Damaged During Shipping:
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package if there is damage due to shipping. Do not throw anything away. We will need clear photos of both the shipping box and the damaged item(s) to assist you.
Mis-shipped or Incorrect Items:
We are human and mistakes can happen. If we shipped the wrong item, please let us know right away so we can correct the order for you. You may be asked to provide a photo of the incorrect item.
Natural & Handmade Variations
Please remember that our products are produced by hand using natural ingredients. Because of this unique quality and process, variations in color, size, and shape will occur. These are normal characteristics of our handmade goat milk soaps and are not considered defects.
