We ship all orders from Jupiter, Florida using reliable carriers (typically USPS or UPS).

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs:

We offer standard shipping options. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost if selected.

Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Packages

We stand behind our service and products. If your package arrives incorrect, with missing items, or damaged during shipping, we will cover the cost of return shipping (if required) and the cost of shipping your replacement or corrected order.

What to do:

  Contact us immediately at info@junobeachgoatsoaps.com and include your order number.

  For damaged packages: Notify us within 2 days of delivery. Do not discard any packaging or damaged items. Please send clear photos of the shipping box (including any damage to the box) and the affected item(s).

  For incorrect or missing items: Please let us know right away. You may be asked to provide a photo of the item(s) received.

Once we verify the issue, we will promptly correct it by shipping the correct items or a replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.

General Notes:

  We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs (for international orders).

  All orders are shipped with tracking. Please track your package using the information provided
